LA VETA – The Town of La Veta’s Park and Tree Board seeks volunteers to help maintain our community’s “urban” forest.

Our last scheduled spring work session is this coming Friday – May 27th.

Join the Town Tree Board Arborist, and other “tree people” to learn about our urban forest: planting, mulching, deer protection, tree selection, safe pruning methods, and more!

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!

We will meet at 9:00 a.m. in the parking area just west of the depot, on the northside of Town Park.
