Main Street, La Veta, Colorado on Tuesday, October 8, 2024.  All petitions must be returned to the office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, 209 S. Main Street, La Veta, Colorado by the close of business on Monday, October 28, 2024. La Veta Clean up Day Dumpsters Rescheduled Due to Forecasted Snow from 5/21/2022 to 6/11/2022

The Town of La Veta will have Town Clean-up Day on Saturday, JUNE 11, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (weather permitting) for LA VETA RESIDENTS ONLY, (proof of residency will be asked for) NO COMMERICAL BUSINESS WILL BE ALLOWED TO BRING TRASH, EVEN IF YOU CLEANED IT UP FOR A LA VETA RESIDENT. Dumpsters will be located at the North side of the recycling center bins. There will be available for disposal for a fee; tires, TV’s, electronics, lawnmowers with the oil drained. No refrigerators or freezers, no paint, liquids, oils or chemicals will be accepted. Washers & dryers will be accepted. No household trash will be allowed.
