Special Election Notice January 7, 2025: PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TOWN OF LA VETA CALL FOR NOMINATING PETITIONS  Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday the 7th day of January, 2025, a Special Municipal election will be held in the Town of La Veta, at which time and place there will be elected the following officers:  One (1)       Trustee      Fulfill term to April 2026                     Nominating petitions will be available at the La Veta Town Hall, 209 S. Main Street, La Veta, Colorado on Tuesday, October 8, 2024.  All petitions must be returned to the office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, 209 S. Main Street, La Veta, Colorado by the close of business on Monday, October 28, 2024.
