There will be a virtual public hearing on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at 6:45 p.m. at the La Veta Town Hall, 209 S. Main Street, La Veta, Colorado. The purpose of this hearing is to seek public input regarding a vacation, rearrangement and replat of the E. 50 feet of Lots 1-6, Block 9, Town of La Veta, submitted by Robert and Terry Amalfitano, more commonly known as 106 E. Field Street, La Veta, Colorado. They have requested to vacate, rearrange and re-plat the E. 50 feet of Lots 1-6 into Parcel C. The zoning will remain the same, Commercial. Public comment can be in the form of writing to the Town Clerk or verbal at the public hearing. Any written comments must be received by the close of business on February 1, 2021.
