NEW FERMENTED MALT BEVERAGE (FMB) LIQUOR LICENSE
Pursuant to the Liquor Laws of the State of Colorado, Bold Petroleum Inc, dba Acorn Food Stores #3400, has requested the licensing authority of the Town of La Veta Colorado to grant a New Fermented Malt Beverage Liquor License (FMB) located at 5519 W. Hwy 12, La Veta, Colorado. A public hearing on this application will be held before the Town Board of Trustees on September 15, 2020 at 6:45 p.m. at the La Veta Town Hall, 209 S. Main Street, La Veta, Colorado. The hearing will be a virtual hearing. At said time and place, any interested persons may appear to be heard for or against the granting of said license and will have the opportunity to phone in or join the virtual hearing. Any written comments are due to the Town Clerk by 5:00 p.m. on September 14, 2020.
